EMDR and personality disorder (BPD/EIPD):

There is really exciting research showing that EMDR is able to significantly reduce or even achieve complete remission of  symptoms of personality disorder(s), including borderline personality disorder BPD. The research has been carried out by the group around Prof. Ad de Jongh in the Netherlands. This is a game changer!

I love this video on Emotion-Focused Schema Therapy, it explains very well, what EFT is targeting and why it is very different from other talk therapies. The example chosen is anorexia. But you can easily replace that with depression, addiction, anxiety, etc.
